Our good friends at Pembroke Town Walls Trust have a sponsored placement for a building conservation professional to undertake NVQ3 training in heritage masonry. Our friends at the Tywi Centre are also hosting a funded training event, courtesy of Cwic (Construction Wales Innovation Centre).  
Cwic have twenty funded places for people working in construction roles in Carmarthenshire to attend Passivhaus training. The course will cover:

• An understanding of what the Passivhaus standard entails.
• The critical aspects for achieving Passivhaus, including insulation, high-performance glazing, airtightness, thermal bridging and ventilation.
• How to ensure quality is delivered on site.
