TSBSAG AGM - Tredegar House, Newport, 7th July 2014
The Wales Traditional and Sustainability Building Skills Advisory Group (TSBSAG) 2014 AGM primarily focused on the formalisation of the operating structure of the group. The creation of a Community Interest Company (CIC) was proposed; discussions took place around the Beneficiaries and the Activities & Related Benefit of the CIC, and questions on the CIC format were raised. Since there was still the question of the group becoming a CIC verses becoming a charity, it was decided that this will be reviewed again in the next meeting. Other items discussed at the 2014 AGM included the website and the directory of craftsman and women working in the traditional building skills sector; a review on the Wall Insulation Conference, of the NHTG Wales Action Plan, and the Caerphilly Castle Skills Summit.
